MEET our FOUNDERS

Jessica Busby, MPT, Administrator, Chief Executive Officer

Jessica has a Master's in Physical Therapy with experience in the health industry since 2006. She has been involved in the Home Health Industry as a therapist for over 15 years.

She is a member of the Physical Therapy Association and is a founding member of Restoring Function Home Health Care Agency.

Nancy Gary, Chief Financial Officer and is a founding member of Restoring Function Home Health Care Agency.

Nancy has extensive experience in accounting and business management. In addition to handling the financial part of the agency, she also handles all our medical billing.

Steven Gary, Director of Business Development, and is a founding member of Restoring Function Home Health Care Agency.

Steve has a long and distinguished background in marketing and sales.
